Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of containerdepotdirect.com and any purchase made through our site. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Products, Pricing & Availability

We list new, one-trip, and inspected used shipping containers, modified containers, and accessories, along with condition grades and pricing. Prices, availability, and delivered pricing quotes (based on container size and delivery ZIP code) may change without notice and are not final until confirmed on your order. Product photos are representative; individual units, especially used and Wind & Watertight grades, may show cosmetic variation consistent with their listed condition.

Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through our website checkout or directly with our sales team. We accept credit and debit card payment, securely processed by Stripe, and bank wire transfer for depot-direct orders. An order is confirmed once payment is received and we have verified availability and delivery details.

Financing

Where financing is mentioned on our site, it is offered through independent third-party financing partners, not by Container Depot Direct directly. Financing approval, terms, and rates are determined solely by the financing partner, and we make no guarantee of approval or specific terms.

Delivery & Site Access

Delivery is provided nationwide and, for select international orders, through major ports, using depot and freight carrier partners. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery site is accessible to standard delivery trucks (including tilt-bed or roll-off trailers as applicable), reasonably level, and clear of obstructions. Additional fees may apply for difficult access, permit requirements, or redelivery attempts caused by an inaccessible site.

Condition Grades & Inspection

Each container is listed with a condition grade (New/One-Trip, Cargo Worthy, Wind & Watertight, or As-Is). Please inspect your container at delivery and note any concerns on the delivery paperwork. Our full policy on damage claims and refunds is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a listing or condition grade description, containers are sold without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Container Depot Direct is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, security, or the experience of other users, or to use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Container Depot Direct or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law where you reside.
